In the staffed service mode:
- The following service points are open: the Registration Point, Information Desk, Reading Room and Circulation Desk.
- You can register to BUW, renew your library card or make a settlement with BUW (“obiegówka”).
- You can pick up books ordered to the Circulation Desk and Reading Room, as well as collect the keys to individual work booths.
- You can use other BUW services.

In the self-service mode:
- You can enter the Library only with a valid library card and use our collections in Open Stacks, WiFi (BUW.Hotspot) and online resources. If you do not have a valid library card, your first visit must be scheduled during the opening hours of the Registration Point.
- You can borrow books from the Open Stacks and the Textbook Collection, renew the return dates and pay fines at the Selfcheck stations.
- You can pick up books ordered from the Closed Stacks in the Pick-up Locker 24 hours a day.
- You can return borrowed books to the Return Box or via the Selfcheck stations.
