Attention: Only one person may be present at the Information Desk at a time.
Services available at the Information Desk:
- general information about BUW, its collections and services,
- checking items in the library catalogues,
- ordering searches,
- ordering bibliometric analyses (contact),
- extending the access time to the Internet,
- issuing certificates of the library training completion,
- booking student booths, collecting and returning keys,
- submitting applications for accelerating the editing of a book,
- collecting an entry pass to special collections,
- help with copying and scanning,
- ordering PhD dissertations from the UW Repository,
- submitting written comments on the operation of BUW – entries bearing the name and email address are replied to within 2 weeks.
