Order earlier – temporal changes in requesting items from the closed stacks

From 10th September to 10th October 2018, due to the displacement works of the collection in the close stacks, requests for books and journals will be processed as follows:

• on weekdays, items ordered to the Circulation Desk, the Reading Room and the 19th Century Publications Department reading room:
  – until 2 pm – requested items will be ready for pickup from 3 pm on the same day,
  – after 2 pm – requested items will be ready for pickup from 9 am the next day;
• on Saturdays and Sundays, the way of ordering items to the Circulation Desk and the Reading Room remains unchanged:
  – items ordered on Saturdays until 8 pm – they will be ready for pickup within one hour from the moment of ordering,
  – items ordered on Saturdays after 8 pm and on Sundays – they will be ready for pickup on Monday from 9 am.

Borrowing of books from the open stacks and pickup of reserved books have not been changed.
