Requests and Complaints

You can report several problems to the Requests and Complaints Office at BUW, regarding:

- borrowing,
- customer service,
- lost or damaged items,

The office is located in room 143a on level 1.

Check the opening hours.

The Requests and Complaints Office at BUW handles:

- complaints and requests regarding access to collections and user services,
- complaints about borrowing,
- reports of lost and damaged books,
- cases concerning deposit accounts.

Cases concerning lost and damaged books and deposit accounts are dealt with within 14 days, cases regarding borrowing, complaints and requests are dealt with within 30 days.
